While you are visiting Little Rock for SASHTO 2010, the AHTD will happily provide transportation to meet your needs. You can begin this process by providing your flight information when registering. If you do not know your flight information at the time you register for the conference, you may return to your registration record to add flight information at a later date, or call Lynn at 501-569-2620 or Bethany at 501-569-2930.
During your SASHTO stay, “on-demand” transportation will be available each day from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. to and from locations in the greater Little Rock area simply by calling the Transportation Desk. From 10:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight daily, we will provide pick-up service only to bring you back to your hotel. Arrangements can also be made to accommodate individuals who have transportation needs that fall outside the on-demand window by calling the Transportation Desk to make a reservation once you are here.
