Exhibitor Fee - $2000
Booth selection will be based on a first come, first serve basis. After registration has been completed, there will be a link to select your prefered booth space on the Registration Confirmation Page.
The $2000 registration fee covers rental of 7’ × 10’ booth(s); 1 - 6' skirted table; 1 chair; 1 trash container; standard 7" x 44" booth sign exhibiting the company name; security during non-trade show hours; and routine cleaning of Trade Show aisles.
Two (2) free conference delegate registrations will also be included with the exhibit booth registration. You will be contacted later for delegate information.
Vendors will be able to set up their booths from 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on August 31, 2009. Convention Display Service Inc. (our convention consultant) will send each registered vendor an information packet via e-mail on shipping and other booth options not included in the fee after the booth spaces are full or May 31, 2009, whichever comes first.

August 31, 2009, 12:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. – Trade Show
August 31, 2009, 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. – Reception in Trade Show Area
September 1, 2009, 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. – Trade Show
September 1, 2009, 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. – Vendor break down
*Note* Due to venue logistical issues, we encourage all vendors to ship their freight directly to the Advance Freight Warehouse address that will be provided in the Freight section of the Exhibitor information you will receive from Convention Display Service Inc. CDS, Inc. will then place your freight items in your booth space prior to the 8:00 a.m. set-up on August 31st.
