We will notify all those already registered by email by August 18 or 19 with the course they will be playing, amount owed, payment options, etc.
Join us for a great day of golf on Saturday, August 29, 2009. We'll be playing two of the premier golf courses on the Mississippi Coast,
The Preserve (Listed as one of Golf Digest's Best New Courses in 2007) and Grand Bear (a Jack Nicklaus Designed course along the Biloxi River). This will be a great day of fun and fellowship so please come and join us.
Highlights include:
- 18-Hole Golf Tournament - Four person scramble format
- 8:30 AM Shotgun Start
- Cost: $75.00, includes green fees, range balls, breakfast, lunch, beverage carts, and tournament prizes.

Registration:
All SASHTO delegates and guests are welcome to participate. Golf Registration is available when you register as a delegate. Participation is limited to 220 players. There will be no registration refunds after August 1, 2009.
Location and Transportation:
You will be notified by email and/or when you register at the conference as to what course you will be playing. Transportation by charter buses will be provided to the Golf courses from the Beau Rivage. Please plan on arriving at the designated transportation area at the Beau Rivage by 6:00 AM on the tournament day for a 6:30 AM departure. Shuttle services will be provided to the Beau Rivage for delegates staying at the Hard Rock & IP Resort. For those of you who are driving to the course, please plan on being there to register and eat breakfast at 7:00 AM.

Other info:
Proper golf attire is required (i.e., collared shirt, no cutoffs or jeans, t-shirts or tank tops). Soft spikes or athletic shoes are required.
Rules:
1. Players will hit their drive and the team will select the best drive and play their second shot from that location. This procedure will be used until the ball is holed. The team will record their score.
2. If a team has less than four players, the team will rotate the player hitting two shots from each location.
3. The position of the ball can be improved no more than one club length and no closer to the hole.
Prizes:
Tournament, Closest to the PIN, & Door Prizes will be awarded at the Awards/Lunch Reception the day of the event.
