Exhibitor Information
One of the major events at SASHTO 2008 will be the Trade Show, where you and other industry representatives will have the opportunity to showcase your equipment, materials, technology, and professional services. We are expecting more than 1,000 delegates and guests for this highly anticipated annual event, and we hope that you and your colleagues will plan to attend. Over 20,000 square feet of floor space will be available for booth and equipment displays in the Fantasia Ballrooms of the Disney Contemporary Resort. You can register for this event HERE.

Particulars
Booth Fees: $2,250 – after June 30, 2008 $2,500
Exhibitors: Exhibitors must also register all personnel in one of the following three ways:
- As SASHTO Delegates at $500 each which includes participation in all meals and events including the Opening and Closing Events. Please register these personnel HERE. They will be identified with SASHTO "Delegate" name badges.
- As an Exhibitor at $250 each which includes participation in meetings and meal functions other than the Opening and Closing Events. Please register these people on the Exhibitor Registration Form. They will be identified with SASHTO "Exhibitor" name badges.
- As an Exhibitor Only at no charge which does not include any meals. Please register these people on the Exhibitor Registration Form. They will be identified with a slightly different SASHTO "Exhibitor" name badge.
Booth Equipment: Booths will be equipped with standard pipe and drape booth equipment consisting of an 8' high background drape and 3' high side drape, one 7" x 44" booth sign displaying exhibitor's company name and booth number, a 6' draped table, two chairs, and a waste basket. Arrangements for electrical service, internet access, furniture or other special needs must be made through Brede Exposition Services for which a separate invoice will be issued (see Brede contact information below). A service manual will be mailed to all exhibitors approximately two months prior to SASHTO 2008. A Brede customer service representative will also be assigned for assistance with exhibit needs.

Exhibitor Area Schedule:
August 11, 2008, 11:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
August 12, 2008, 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Move Out: August 12, 2008, Noon – 2:00 p.m.
